Join us for a timely and engaging civic education event at Colorado Christian University focused on how We the People can change law when government fails. This event is open to students, faculty, parents, and community members.
From 2:00–6:00 PM, registered Colorado voters are welcome to stop by the atrium adjacent to the Armstrong Center Parlor to sign the petitions supporting citizen-led efforts to protect children in Colorado.
Doors for the panel discussion will open at 2:45 PM, followed by a moderated panel from 3:15–4:15 PM featuring leaders in elections, public service, and citizen advocacy who will explain Colorado’s citizen-led ballot initiative process and why it remains a critical tool for accountability and self-government.
Following the panel, attendees will have the opportunity to meet the panelists from 4:15–6:00 PM, ask questions, and learn how to get involved through petition signing, circulator training, and community engagement. Seating for the panel discussion is limited. Advance registration is strongly encouraged.
